Britain's High Court has ruled that the anti-fraud agency acted illegally in dropping a corruption inquiry into an arms deal between Saudi Arabia and BAE Systems PLC.
Two High Court judges on Thursday accepted the case brought by the Campaign Against Arms Trade and social lobby group Corner House.
